The American Association for Cancer Research presents Progress and Promise Against Cancer, a community event featuring some of the greatest minds in cancer research sharing practical knowledge and real hope about cancer. Experts, including Winship Executive Director Walter J. Curran, Jr., MD, will educate attendees on the latest advances in cancer research including prevention, early detection, diagnosis, treatment and survivorship. Local patient advocates will also share their inspirational stories.
