Join the Integrated Cellular Imaging (ICI) Core on Nov. 19 at noon to learn about the recently installed STimulated Emission Depletion (STED) microscope and how it provides real-time, super-resolution data (no processing needed). Our Abberior Facility Line easy3D STED has a range of options that make it a flexible confocal at the same time as being a very capable super resolution system. It also includes Time Correlated Single Photon Counting (FCS and FLIM) techniques and Adaptive Optics (AO).
