Explore Postdoctoral Opportunities in Cancer Research
Advanced doctoral candidates from broadly diverse backgrounds and interest in cancer research will soon be able to apply to join us on the Emory University campus in Atlanta, Georgia, for a recruitment event on March 13-14, 2025.
Approximately 10 applicants will be selected to travel to Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, with the opportunity to network with prospective mentors, current postdocs, and learn about life as a postdoctoral fellow at Emory. Travel expenses will be covered for selected applicants (U.S. domestic travel only).
Participants will be able to:
Visit the Emory University campus in Atlanta, Georgia, and explore Winship’s vibrant cancer research environment
Learn about Emory’s career development and postdoc support programs
Discover the research resources at Emory University that support more than $1 billion in funded research each year
Eligibility Requirements
Training grant eligible (current postdocs are NOT eligible to apply)
Anticipate completion of PhD degree by December 2025
