    Get a hands-on demonstration of robotics used to diagnose and treat lung cancer. Don't miss your chance to check out this two-day event featuring the traveling 56-foot-long 18-wheeler known as the Thoracic Mobile Oncology Experience (TOME) while it’s on site at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital. Come test drive Intuitive's Ion endoluminal system (which enables physicians to reach small nodules from deep within the lung to obtain biopsy tissue samples and help diagnose lung cancer sooner) and the da Vinci surgical system (used for minimally invasive removal of lung cancer tumors). The TOME semitrailer offers the opportunity to learn from Emory Heart & Vascular thoracic surgeons about advanced lung cancer capabilities available at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.
