    Hosted by Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, the 4th Annual Hematology and Oncology Updates for the Advanced Practice Provider is a two-day continuing education program designed to provide APPs with the latest, evidence-based strategies to optimize care and outcomes for patients with cancer.     Dates: Friday, September 12 (all day)
    and Saturday, September 13, 2025 (half day)

    Credits: This conference is approved for 13 hours of AAPA Category 1 CME credits from the AAPA Review Panel.

    Audience: This conference is designed for advanced practice providers, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurses and APP students.

    Thank you for your interest in exhibiting! Exhibitor registration is now closed. Please contact the event organizer with any questions.

    Exhibitor registration includes:

    • One six-foot skirted exhibit table, available for set-up starting at 7 a.m. on Friday, September 12 and for breakdown prior to 12 p.m. on Saturday, September 13.
    • Two complimentary registrations.
    • Meals, refreshments, meeting materials and admission to all sessions.
    • Acknowledgement in the opening remarks and slide show, which runs continuously throughout the day at every break.
    • Poster signage in the exhibit room.  
    • Your company logo on the welcome banner. (Please provide a resizable, single image as a jpeg or pdf.)

    Along with your registration, please complete and submit a template form to Alexandra Palmer, NP-C, and Kathleen Davis, PA-C.

    Tips for Registering Multiple Team Members

    • Start by entering the information for the primary person registering and complete the required fields.
    • When you reach the page "Add Additional Registrations," click the button "Add Additional Registrations" and enter the registration information for the next member of your group.
    • Once you have added all the registrations in your group, click the button "Continue to Registration" to enter your payment information and complete the registration process.
