Join us for the 16th Annual Winship Oncology Nursing Symposium at the Hilton Atlanta Airport on Friday, August 8 and Saturday, August 9, 2025. 

Conference Highlights

Keynote Speaker - Jessica MacIntyre, DNP, MBA, APRN, NP-C, AOCNP®, FANNP

President, Oncology Nursing Society

Dr. Jessica MacIntyre is the president of the Oncology Nursing Society and an assistant vice president at the University of Miami/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Miami. She also serves as an APRN and the director of the Oncology Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program at the University of Miami. She earned her DNP and MBA from Johns Hopkins University. With over 20 years of experience in oncology nursing and leadership, she has been actively involved in local and national organizations, serving on various leadership boards, including the American Cancer Society, and as past president of the Nurse Practitioner Council of Miami-Dade, Inc. 

Dr. MacIntyre's areas of expertise encompass advanced practice, patient navigation, survivorship and supportive care. She is also a principal investigator in research focusing on oral treatment adherence, patient-reported outcomes, cancer prevention, digital healthcare tools and cancer survivorship clinic outcomes.

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at the Hilton Atlanta Aiport at the discounted rate of $149 per night. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, with a cut-off date of July 18. Book your hotel room.

Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 16th Annual Winship Oncology Nursing Symposium! Please contact Monique Jones with any questions or to inquire about additional sponsorship opportunities for the evening program, reception, breaks and breakfast. 

All exhibit levels include at least one six-foot table with tablecloth; complimentary registration(s) based on the level selected; entrance to the meeting sessions; breakfast, lunch and breaks; company listed in all symposium materials; and a final attendee list. The exhibit area is located outside the meeting rooms, and there will be multiple companies exhibiting. 

The following levels are available based on proximity and visibility to the main meeting room:

$12,000 – Platinum Level 
5 complimentary registrations for a total of 5 representatives; includes 2 six-foot tables 

$7,500 – Gold Level 
3 complimentary registrations for a total of 3 representatives; includes 1 six-foot table

$5,000 – Silver Level 
1 complimentary registration for a total of 1 representative; includes 1 six-foot table

$150 – Each additional representative

Tips on Registering Multiple Team Members

Online registration is required for all exhibitors and will ensure that you receive important exhibit/event emails and other communication. You may register for multiple attendees at a time.

• Start with the primary registration and complete the required fields.
• When you reach the page “Add Additional Registrations," click the button “Add Additional Registrations” and enter the registration information for the next member of your group.
• Once you have added all the registrations in your group, click the button “Continue to Registration” to enter your payment information and complete the registration process.
